The cooperation between KAL and Justtide has lasted for 20 years. 

KAL is located in Edinburgh, UK, and their ATM cross-platform middleware technology is the world's leading. 

Around 2000, the software technologies of various ATM manufacturers were incompatible with each other. Even if the ATM hardware modules of the same brand, such as card readers, were to be used on ATM machines of different brands, the adaptation software had to be developed separately. Juliana Wu is keenly aware that KAL's cross-platform middleware technology will be the trend of the future, and took the lead in cooperating with KAL, introducing KAL technology into China, and successively implemented ATM cross-platform projects in China Construction Bank, China Everbright Bank, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. The success of the ATM cross-platform project is the beginning of a long-term cooperation between the two companies. 

At the beginning of the establishment of Justtide, the first product developed was an encrypting PIN Pad. KAL company gave strong support to guide the SP software on how to adapt, and introduced Justtide's PinPad products to KAL partners. 

KAL launched its own mobile banking product after launching cross-platform ATM projects all over the world, and designated the hardware terminal RTM to be customized and developed by Justtide, and Justtide completed its delivery with excellent design and rapid response capabilities. 

In recent years, KAL's full-line software products have shifted to cloud platforms and cloud computing, and it has also launched its own payment business, and has selected the POS S1000 model of Justtide as the front-end hardware equipment of its cloud platform. 

The cooperation between KAL and Justtide is still and will continue for a long time, deducting the story of cooperation, trust, openness and common prosperity.
